Our Summer Festival is one of the most important and joyful events of our year—but it can only happen with your help. We are still in urgent need of committee chairs for several major areas, and without leadership in these roles, these parts of the festival simply cannot run.

We are specifically seeking volunteer chairs for:

• Bid N Buy – Gather great donations, assembles baskets, manages the bidding webpage, manages the booth
• Outdoor Kids’ Games – Thinks of creative, fun games aimed at older children (ex: ring toss), orders supplies and prizes, helps set up booth, oversees 5-6 game booths
• Indoor Kids’ Games – Think of creative, fun games aimed at younger children, orders supplies and prizes, helps set up games, manages the indoor (air conditioned) games
• Drinks & Ice – Manages soda and refreshments, oversees 2 booths, ensures the booths are fully stocked with drinks
• Poker – Attends to the needs of poker tent volunteers, runs cash to and from the booth, ensures refreshments are available

These committees are central to the success of the festival, and stepping into one of these leadership roles is a meaningful way to serve our parish community.
