Bid and Buy Donations Needed:

For decades, the Immaculate Heart of Mary Festival has been one of the largest and most beloved festivals in the city, and we are excited to continue this wonderful tradition. With more than 10,000 visitors expected throughout the weekend, it is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business to our community.

We are seeking donations for our popular Bid n’ Buy Silent Auction. Your generous contribution will provide valuable exposure for your business through our online bidding platform and social media promotion, while also highlighting the products and services you offer. We encourage you to include any promotional materials along with your donation. Funds raised through the Bid n’ Buy support the many ministries of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish.

Ticket Pricing:

1 for $25

5 for $100

Only 2,500 tickets will be sold

Two prizes will be awarded through separate drawings:

GRAND PRIZE: $10,000

2ND DRAWING: $2,000

 

Each raffle ticket purchased will be entered into both drawings. However, a participants may only win once.

The raffle will close at 10:00 pm on Saturday, July 18. Winners for both drawings will be selected at 11:00 pm Saturday, July 18.

Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Winners do not need to be present to win.

Volunteer Opportunities

Our volunteers are the heart of this event, and we’re counting on your help to make this year our best yet. The sign‑up links below make it easy to browse available shifts and choose the roles that fit your schedule. Please share it with anyone who might enjoy being part of the fun.

Every volunteer receives two drink tickets per shift, an event t‑shirt, and the opportunity to earn student service hours.

Committee Chairs Needed

We are still in need of new committee chairs this year, particularly for Indoor Kids’ Games and the Poker Table. These booths cannot operate without dedicated leaders, and your willingness to step forward would make a meaningful difference.

Chair Descriptions:

  • Indoor Kids’ Games – Thinks of creative, fun games aimed at younger children, orders supplies and prizes, helps set up games, manages the indoor (air conditioned) games along with friends and other volunteers
  • Poker – Attends to the needs of poker tent volunteers, runs cash to and from the booth, ensures refreshments are available

Training and support are fully provided, so even first‑time chairs can feel confident taking on the role.
